Campaigns
Survey Campaigns ensures that respondents only answer once, regardless of the channel used. This feature allows you to collect feedback in a coordinated manner across multiple platforms, including web, email, and links.
Rules
- Each campaign can have only one survey per platform: web, email, or link.
- A survey can belong to only one campaign.
Creating a campaign
- Go to the SurveyList section.
- Click on “Create Campaign.”
- Select the surveys you want to include.
- Name your campaign for easy identification.
Only available (unassigned) surveys will be displayed, making it easy for you to choose the ones to add to your campaign. Platform conflicts are automatically prevented.
Response flow
- When a user receives a survey from a campaign, the system checks if they have previously answered any surveys within that campaign:
- After submitting their response, the user will not receive any additional surveys from that campaign.
