Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

You can purchase more credits at any time. We will also send you a reminder when you have 75%, 90%, and 100% of your credits.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us at help@feedbackspark.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. However, we would love to have your feedback on how we can improve our product.
